Artist Bio
Taz Tally engages in life as a photographer, geologist, author, and adventurer. He has written numerous digital imaging books, including Photoshop Before & After, and enjoys presenting at photography and print industry trade shows and seminars throughout the country. Taz also teaches photography and digital imaging classes for the University of Alaska and Session.edu and develops online training courses for Lynda.com and the Printing Industry of America. Taz’s 10-Step Grayscale Target Calibration and Color Correction Kit is used world-wide for calibrating scanners and digital cameras and for color correcting images. Taz is the author of 50 Hikes In Alaska’s Kenai Peninsula, and is currently working on his newest adventure book - Backroads & Byways of Alaska, to be published in 2017. Taz can often be found roaming the landscapes of Alaska. He loves his home in Homer, Alaska, where he delights in capturing images while mountain biking, kayaking, hiking and Nordic skiing.
